What you control
Scope
An exact list of systems, record types and dates, approved by you. If the scope changes, it must be approved again before anything is collected.
Terms
Licence type, permitted uses, territory and duration are agreed before signing. Standard terms are non-exclusive; you keep ownership.
Access
Connections are read-only and can be revoked from your portal at any time. Raw copies are deleted on a schedule you agree to, with a deletion receipt.
