Eight steps, each one yours to approve
Every step that creates an obligation — scope, rights, terms, release, delivery — waits for a person to decide. Every action taken in between is recorded and can be explained afterwards.
Estimate
Answer a few questions about your systems, history and rights. You get an indicative range with the evidence it rests on — never an offer.
Conversation
A short call to confirm you have authority over the records and to agree what should stay out (client files, HR, licensed material).
Mutual NDA and exact scope
We propose the exact systems, record types and dates. Nothing happens until you approve that scope in your portal.
Read-only connection
You connect the agreed tools with read-only permissions. Records land in an encrypted quarantine; anything outside the scope is dropped.
Rights and privacy
Each slice is assessed for ownership and third-party rights and reviewed by a person. Personal data and secrets are detected and removed or pseudonymised.
Dataset Card
We describe what the dataset is — and is not — in a card you review before it is shown to anyone.
Evaluation and terms
Verified buyers evaluate a watermarked, time-limited sample. You approve the licence terms and sign; so do they.
Delivery and payment
Delivery is checked against a manifest. You are paid your share from funds actually collected, and raw copies are deleted on the agreed schedule with a receipt.
